Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
- Timeline: Orders ship from our studio in Asia. Please allow 2–4 business days for hand-packing and 10–18 business days for transit.
- Why it takes time: Because incense and powders are "sensitive items," shipping options are limited.
We use specialized carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and truly appreciate your patience!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $60 USD ship free automatically for US, CA, AU, UK, DE, FR.
Where do you ship?
We currently bring our scents to:
- North America: US, CA.
- Europe & UK: UK, DE, FR, NL, ES, LU, DK, FI, SE, AT, BE, IT.
- Oceania: Australia
Working hard to reach the rest of the world soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order departs our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Pro Tip: For international shipments, we strongly recommend copy-pasting your tracking number into 17TRACK for the most accurate, detailed journey logs. Standard carrier pages sometimes experience synchronization delays.
Do I need to pay duties or customs fees?
Duties are uncommon, but If any fees apply, they’re typically the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. Once it’s out the door, it’s final.
Do you accept returns?
Unopened items only. Because scent is personal and botanicals can’t be "reset," we cannot accept returns on opened packs.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and items. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
First-Time Use
How do I light incense?
Torch the tip until a red ember forms, then wave it out.
When burning, keep the burner at arm’s length. This allows the scent to "bloom" and prevents the smoke from feeling heavy.
Why is there more smoke when I first light it?
A 15-20 second burst of smoke when first lit is normal.
Ensure your room has gentle airflow and keep the incense at a distance for the best experience.
Can I put it out and relight it later?
Yes. Press the burning tip into ash, sand, or a heat-safe dish to fully extinguish it. Relight whenever you’re ready.
Do I need a special holder? Will ash make a mess?
Any stable, heat-safe holder works. Ash is normal—placing a small tray or paper ash-catcher underneath helps protect surfaces.
Every first order includes a mini holder so you can begin the ritual immediately.
How long does incense last?
Each stick is 10 cm (4inch) and burns for about 20 minutes in a calm, no-draft space.
Why are the sticks inconsistent in color or shape?
These are marks of the handmade.
We use raw botanicals rather than dyes, so colors shift with the harvest.
Our sticks aren't factory-straight because we skip synthetic stabilizers and heavy glues.
These organic variations prove your incense was made by hands, not a machine.
Storage & Smoke
Does incense expire or lose its scent?
No. Botanical incense doesn’t go bad.
In fact, it improves with age as long as it’s stored well.
Much like fine tea or aged wood, the resins soften and the blend becomes more cohesive over time.
How should I store incense?
Keep it sealed, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
To maintain the purity of each profile, store different scents separately to avoid "scent bleed."
Does more smoke mean lower quality?
It comes from how the blends are built.
We keep binder levels low and balance woods and resins carefully, which helps avoid harsh, muddy, or burnt notes.
No synthetic fragrance oils are used—just the natural character of the materials.
Safety
Is incense safe for pets, children or people with sensitivities?
Always burn in a ventilated room and avoid direct exposure to faces.
If you, your children or your pets, are sensitive, start with shorter burns and keep the space airy.
Never leave burning incense unattended.
Are there any "hidden" ingredients?
Never. No charcoal, no DPG (Dipropylene Glycol), and no synthetic "perfume" oils.
Just ground botanicals, resins, and a natural tree-bark binder.
Learning & Recipes
Can I learn more about how this incense is made?
Yes. I’m currently working on a short Incense 101 ebooklet that explains materials, ratios, burn behavior, and how to understand a blend beyond just scent. It’ll be available soon.
Where can I find your recipes and deeper notes?
